PBU Announces New Dual-Level
Youth Ministry/M.S. in Christian Counseling Program
This
program is designed to equip vocational youth workers. It combines the entire Youth Ministry Program
(B.S. in Bible) and a Master of Science in Christian Counseling. Today’s Youth Ministry requires much more
than someone to "play with the kids.” We
are serious about training vocational youthworkers who are biblically minded,
well educated, professionally competent people of character who can reach and
equip teens to live for Christ. This
unique dual-level program is designed to help students develop skill in
handling the Word of God, become adept in engaging the culture, gain insight
into leading a dynamic youth ministry, and provide wise counsel to guide
teenagers through the challenges of the teen years and help them grow in
Christ.
- Two degrees are granted at the conclusion of the
program: BS Bible, MS Christian Counseling.
- Includes the entire Youth Ministry Program and the
entire MS in Christian Counseling.
- It is possible for students to keep financial aid
all the way through the program.
- Useful for those who love Youth Ministry but are
not entirely sure of exact placement in the field after graduation.
