The Bible and Israel Program

The Institute of Jewish Studies program, which has been a part of PBU since 1996, is continuing under a new name, the “Bible and Israel program.” This name better describes the essence of the program. Only the name has changed – the program remains the same – the modular schedule with a cohort of students, a one year Bible curriculum, and a study tour to Israel during Spring Break. Professor Bill Krewson will continue as the director of the program, which is now part of the School of Bible and Ministry. Click here for a information that describes the program’s objectives. New brochures that describe the “BI Program” are available. We hope and pray that this program will continue to be a contribution to the ministry here at PBU as IJS has been for the past years.

Additional note: The “Biblical Foundations program” also has been discontinued. All students interested in a one-year Bible program will be directed to the Bible and Israel program.
