The Office of Church Relations at Philadelphia Biblical University exists to encourage and equip pastors, their families, and churches to minister with confidence, purpose, and a willing spirit. Our desire is to provide resources and support to assist you to faithfully serve Christ for the glory of God.  Rev. Clarence A. Johnson, Director of Church Relations
Clarence Johnson brings to this position an understanding of the joys and challenges that pastors and their families face from over 30 years of front-line pastoral ministry. In addition, his ministries have included being a Bible Institute instructor, conference speaker, fire-rescue chaplain, and Critical Incident Stress Management Team leader for the state of Florida. He
also serves as adjunct faculty, teaching and training students in
Family and Marriage Counseling. Clarence's heart for pastors and the local church led him to PBU to develop A Shepherd's Heart Ministry. He and his wife, Corty, have two adult children, a married son serving with Campus Crusade for Christ and a daughter who is a graduate of PBU.
